Since the inception of MarkeTopper, in the course of developing algorithms, covering different sections of the Indian Securities market, we have developed strong infrastructural capabilities and allied skill-sets which now enables us to render a range of services.
For Rapid portfolio development we have developed data mining applications based on Brute Force Algorithm, Genetic Algorithm, AdaBoost etc. These applications facilitate rapid algorithm development over any price-series data be it Stocks, Index Futures, Commodities or Forex data. At present we have portfolios running over 100 different trading instruments across different markets, which is a testimony to the capabilities of our sophisticated logic engines.
Portfolio Risk Evaluator, a proprietary software developed to perform detailed risk and performance analysis of strategies, portfolios, products, analysts or combination of all the above. This application also enables us to develop simulations for finding proper risk hedge and profit targeting for any trading product.
Our In-house software team leveraging the experience of Analysts and Traders has developed an Integrated Execution Platform that can collate trades across hundreds of different algorithms, on real time basis, and help in execution of thousands of trades every day with extremely low latency. This software comes with multiple Risk Management Modules, which makes it extremely effective for performing fail safe execution for mid frequency and short term trading across multiple markets and multiple exchanges. We can customize this execution platform for specific needs.
Data analysis and trading algorithm development at MarkeTopper is powered by a heterogeneous compute cloud comprising of GPGPU and Intel Xeon Phi MIC. This compute cloud comprising of 16 Tesla K10 and Titan X GPGPU powered dual Intel Xeon family processor machines and 28 dual CPU socket servers is capable of delivering 400 TFLOPS of peak compute capacity and is in operation for last 2 years, in a 24X7 environment with < 0.5%, days of service downtime. This world class facility is integrated seamlessly into MAYA wherein during the development of algorithms the end-users leverage API's custom built at MarkeTopper for using the compute cloud optimally wrt, workload and compute demand. Not only this, compute cloud infrastructure built by embracing and enriching the open source technologies in every part, but also, benefits from a crowd-sourced problem solving of core infrastructure issues which is a hallmark of OPEN SOURCE WORLD.
